1 Account Opening and Registration

1.1 Age Restriction

567mmk services are available to persons aged 21+ only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to participate in any games. Breaching this requirement will result in immediate account closure, and any remaining balance will be handled after review.

1.2 One Person — One Account Only

Each player may hold only one account at 567mmk. Opening additional accounts with different personal details will result in those accounts being blocked without notice.

1.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, age, and contact details provided when opening an account must be accurate. Accounts created with false information may be closed without consent. Identity verification (KYC) may be required at the time of a withdrawal request.

• A National Registration Card (NRC), passport, or relevant identification document may be submitted.
• The payment method must be registered under the same name as the account holder.
• The verification process may take time, and withdrawals may be delayed during this period.

2 Deposits and Withdrawals

2.1 Minimum Amount

The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks and the minimum withdrawal amount is also 20,000 Ks. Requests below these amounts will not be processed.

2.2 Payment Methods

The currently accepted payment methods are: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. Payments made through any other method cannot be accepted.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

After a player's withdrawal request is approved, it is normally processed within 1 hour. Processing may take longer due to verification requirements, so players are encouraged to complete KYC verification in advance.

2.4 Deposit / Withdrawal Limits

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using your own account; funding or withdrawing through a third party is not allowed.
• If any fraudulent activity is detected, 567mmk will conduct a compliance review and may report the matter to the relevant authorities if necessary.

3 Bonus and Promotion Terms

3.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at 567mmk, you can receive a 150% Welcome Bonus of up to 300,000 Ks. A wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount must be met before any winnings can be withdrawn. Winnings may only be withdrawn after the bonus has been wagered 15 times.

Example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering 30,000 Ks × 15 = 450,000 Ks
• Deposit 420,000 Ks → Bonus 300,000 Ks → Balance 720,000 Ks → Wagering 300,000 Ks × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks

3.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus is available once per player, per payment method, and per IP address.
• If you make a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement after receiving a bonus, the bonus amount may be forfeited.
• You can log in to your account to check your wagering progress.
• 567mmk may change or cancel bonus offers at any time; any changes will be announced before the updated terms of service take effect.

3.3 VIP Cashback and Other Promotions

VIP tier changes and cashback rates — Bronze (up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), Platinum (up to 1.2%), and Diamond (up to 1.5%) — are tied to your play history and determined as set out in the promotions policy. Any promotion may be cancelled if bonus abuse is found.

4 Player Responsibilities

4.1 Personal Information Security

Players are responsible for keeping their account access and personal information secure. You should not share your password with any third party. If you forget your password, contact Support immediately to have it reset.

4.2 Use of Legitimate Funds Only

Players must deposit only legitimate funds from their own income. Money laundering or any financial misconduct is strictly prohibited. By using the platform, you agree that if such activity is detected, your account may be suspended and financial action may be taken.

4.3 Responsible Gambling

• 567mmk is not responsible for any losses incurred during play; players are personally responsible for the outcomes of their own decisions.
• Responsible gambling controls (betting limits, self-exclusion options) can be requested by the player themselves.

5 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 567mmk platform —

• Impersonating another person or posing as a member of staff
• Using software bots, scripts, or automated tools in gameplay
• Colluding with other players or engaging in chip dumping
• Fraudulently exploiting the bonus system (Bonus Abuse)
• Hacking the platform's software or breaching its security
• Money laundering and any related activity

If any of the above is suspected, or while an investigation into account or financial complaints is ongoing, 567mmk may temporarily suspend the account for an extended period.

6 Service Limitations and Liability

6.1 Service Interruptions

567mmk may temporarily suspend services due to technical upgrades, maintenance periods, or reasons beyond its control. 567mmk is not responsible for any losses incurred during such periods.

6.2 Technical Failures

If an issue arises during gameplay due to server problems, software bugs, or connection disruptions, 567mmk has a policy in place to handle such matters. Players must contact Support immediately when these problems occur.

6.3 Game Result Records

Game results are determined based on 567mmk's server records. Device issues or disconnections on the player's side do not alter the server records.

7 Personal Data Protection

8 Account Closure and Related Policies

8.1 Closure by the Player

Players may request to close their own account. Any remaining balance will be reviewed and a withdrawal can be processed after verification. The amount eligible for withdrawal will be checked against whether any wagering requirements have been met.

567mmk may temporarily or permanently close a player's account without prior notice in cases of a breach of these terms, misconduct, or during a fraud investigation. After conducting reasonable investigations and confirming the findings, 567mmk may contact the player directly.
